The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Account suspensions or bans from third-party services
• Loss of data or data inconsistencies
• Device malfunctions or performance issues
• Any other damages arising from the use of the App

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Google Fit, Google AdMob, and OpenStreetMap. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Advertising

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the App, you consent to the display of ads and the data collection practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
